Direct Use, practical without User ID

1. Pick up phone line that will be used. The phone line should be registered to INDOSTAR and had been activated by our technician.
2. Then you will hear calling tone “ Tuuuuut “from TELKOM service.
3. Press access number 17018. To shorten the process you can press memory button (if number 17018 had been set at your phone memory).
4. Wait for a while and You will hear “Silahkan tekan nomor tujuan” (Please enter your destination Number)
5. Then please enter your destination number follow by (#) example:

          SLJJ  : 031 - 1234 5678 # (to Surabaya)
          SLI   : 1 – 123 - 456 7689 # (to Amerika)

Using I-STAR PREMIUM Postpaid with PIN:

1. Pick up phone line that will be used. The phone line should be registered to INDOSTAR and had been activated by our technician.
