 I-STAR HEMAT is a Regular phone telecommunication service (switching base) which we use to use it, this product is regular office and home phone (TELKOM). This service available for calling local, mobile local, mobile long distance and long distance. Quality of this product as good as regular phone can be use with free access number 12012, and 12011. Tariff of Local Rp 330,- / Pulse, Mobile Local Rp 875,- / Minute and Mobile Long distance and long distance save 10% from regular Telkom tariff without time limitation (day and night). Who is I-STAR HEMAT USER? I-STAR HEMAT available in postpaid service, dedicated for customer who want to use regular phone service and want to have a confirmed tariff of local and mobile local, and 10% saving for mobile long distance and long distance, and saving 53% for mobile local for customer (021) with domicile with radius >30 km from Jakarta Centrum. I-STAR Hemat user usually: - Company who want to utilize sophisticated Billing detail from I-STAR HEMAT to control communication cost of each user (employee) especially for company that heavily use local and mobile local, as Property Agent Company, Distribution Company and company with high number of employee.

- There are two choice how to use I-STAR HEMAT
- Direct user , easy to call with detail billing provided for each phone number registered and
- ID and Password user, saver with detail billing provided for each user ( USER ID)
- If needed can be set maximum budget or monthly usage for each phone number registered or for each registered user, and also can be set total corporate monthly budget .
- We can program different facility allocated for each registered phone number or each registered user (USER ID) (each facility or combination of local, mobile and long distance).
ow to use I-STAR HEMAT Access number 12012 and 12011
Direct use, practical without using User ID - Pick up phone line that will be used, the line should be registered to INDOSTAR and had been activated by our technician.
- Then you will hear calling tone “ Tuuuuut “from TELKOM service.
- Press access number 12012 or 12011. To shorten the process you can press memory button (if number 12012 and 12011 had been set at your phone memory).
- Wait for a while and you will hear a different calling tone “Tuuuut”.
- Then please enter your destination number ended with # example:
Local 1234 5678 # ( to local Jakarta ) Long distance 031 - 1234 5678 # (to Surabaya) Using with User ID: - Pick up phone line that will be used, the line should be registered to INDOSTAR and had been activated by our technician.
- Then you will hear calling tone “ Tuuuuut “from TELKOM service.
- Press access number 12012 or 12011. To shorten the process you can press memory button (if number 12012 and 12011 had been set at your phone memory).
- There will be a voice prompt “ Tekan nomor tujuan atau bintang(*) untuk fasilitas lainnya” (enter destination number or star (*) for other facility) then please enter your destination number follow by (#) example:
Local 1234 5678 # (to local Jakarta ) Long distance 031 - 1234 5678 # (to Surabaya) - If you need additional password after the 5th step above, please enter (*) then (3) you will hear “Silahkan masukkan 4 digit password anda “(please enter your 4 digits password) then enter your choice of 4 digits password, then there will be a voice prompt “Ulangi 4 digit password anda “(confirm your 4 digits password), please enter to repeat as confirmation. Now you have additional password, in the future you will be ask to enter your password.
- Password can be delete or change by the owner of USER ID at any time, if you enter the wrong password several times or if anybody try to use your password and enter wrong password, then your ID will be blocked for your security and will be automatically open the next day.
- You will hear “Masukan User ID Anda” (enter your User ID) then please enter User ID number that had been given to you example – 0001
