Direct use, practical without using User ID

• Pick up phone line that will be used, the line should be registered to INDOSTAR and had been activated by our technician.
• Then you will hear calling tone “ Tuuuuut “from TELKOM service.
• Press access number 12012 or 12011. To shorten the process you can press memory button (if number 12012 and 12011 had been set at your phone memory).
• Wait for a while and you will hear a different calling tone “Tuuuut”.
• Then please enter your destination number ended with # example:
